In what cases can I be contacted?

You can contact me if you:

you feel lonely and need support and understanding;
are not confident in yourself and your abilities;
you are going through a crisis related to changes in your life (divorce, loss, illness, moving to another country, etc.);
you feel that your relationship with your loved ones has broken down and you no longer understand each other;

How does the counselling process work?

First meeting.

We get to know each other. You tell me about yourself, ask questions (if you have any) about me and the counselling process.
We clarify organisational aspects, rules and principles of work.
You tell me about your problem and what you see as my help. I help you to formulate a correct enquiry.
I offer my view of the problem and possible solutions.
We conclude a verbal contract, which reflects the purpose of our work.
It happens that one meeting is not enough to conclude the contract and more (up to three) are required to further investigate the problem area and clarify the goal.
After defining the outcome, we agree on other conditions for its successful achievement (deadlines, frequency of meetings, division of responsibilities, etc.). Further work is carried out in accordance with these conditions.

What counselling methods are used?

My methods of counselling are based on a deep understanding of psychology and personal development. I use a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic approach and problem solving. My goal is to help you find new ways to solve problems and achieve the changes you want in your life.

How many meetings do I need?

Sometimes it is possible to achieve the desired result in one meeting, but this is not often the case. Usually the work is short-term (3-10 meetings) or medium-term (3-9 months). If you want to immerse yourself in the knowledge of your inner world or change your life scenario, long term work is also possible (from 50 hours).

Where do counselling sessions take place?

Offline in the office (for residents of Germany).
If you live in another country or if it is not possible to visit the office, online.

How can I make an appointment for counselling?

It is very easy to book a appointment for a counselling session. You can use the ‘Book a Consultation’ button on my website or contact me by phone or email. We will arrange a convenient time for the first appointment.

What results can I expect from counselling?

Results depend on your individual goals and efforts. Clients often report improved emotional well-being, increased self-confidence, improved interpersonal relationships, clarity in understanding their goals and motivations, and a more positive outlook on life. I will help you find ways to find harmony and successfully achieve your goals.
